This is Prince Goldar from Fuerza-T, drawn in the style of fimation, the studio resposible for the old He-Man cartoon.
I made his facial features match Shidoshi, so he wasn't a Silvar look-a-like.
For those unfamiliar, Fuerza-T is an action figure line from Top Toys of Argentina that uses vintage Masters of the Universe molds to create new characters.
